Jacksonville Airport Terminal

Jacksonville International Airport has a single passenger Terminal. Consists of two Concourses: Concourse A and Concourse C.

It is open 24/7 and its facilities are split into a couple of levels.

Levels

Level 1

Baggage claim area, information booths. Outside of it you will find ground transportation. 

Please note that this level is split into the north and south side. 

Services: Lost & found office, USO lounge. 

Level 2

Ticketing area. It is the boarding level too, access to Concourse A at right and C at left:

       Concourse A with boarding gates A1-A10. 
       Concourse C with boarding gates C1-C10. 

Both concourses and the boarding area leading to them offer food & drink. 
  
The Terminal host 20 boarding gates. 

Please note that there’s a large courtyard where aside of airline lounges, there’s also an executive conference room, shops, art galleries, comfort zones, shoe shine, bookstore, food and drink concessions.

Lounges 

The Club at JAX: Open from 5:00am to 6:00pm. Services: snacks, drinks, showers, Wi-Fi, among others. 

Passes start at $45 per traveler. 

Delta Sky Club: Location: Airside, Concourse A.

Service hours: 4:30AM – 7:40PM (Mon – Fri) • 4:30AM – 6:30PM (Sat).

Services: Beverage, Newspapers and Magazines, Snacks, TV, Wi-Fi, Telephones, etc. 

USO Lounge: For military and their families. Location: Landside.

Open from 7:00 AM to 11:00PM, every day.

Services: Snacks, Internet, TV, DVD, Gaming, Wi-Fi, library, kitchen.
